Shirts are back and Tournament fun is about to begin!

Your Timber Pines Pickleball club will be taking orders for shirts (long sleeve, short sleeve, and tanks) along with selling decals at the tournament, this coming Friday and Saturday.

Please bring checks or cash to the tournament for purchases. The Decals are $2 each, so it would be helpful to bring ones if you wish to purchase those.

We will hold our 50/50 raffles each day as well.

Last but not least, our famous hotdogs lunches (including drink and chips) are for sale too, for only $5 , so come have lunch and watch some great pickleball!

The main dish is Steak sandwiches & homemade soups. Please note this is different from other emails.

As usual, please bring a side dish / dessert for 6-8 people, and let us know what you’re bringing.

Cost is $5 per person to cover the cost of the entree.

Make sure to sign-up under the TPPCI members heading and enjoy some wonderful delectables and camaraderie.

TPPCI BOARD ELECTIONS

It’s that time of year again when the Pickleball Club (TPPCI) will be holding its annual meeting and election of board members. At this meeting, we will be electing five (5) board members, two of whom will serve a one (1) year term and three of whom will serve a two (2) year term. The meeting will be held on March 13, 2025 at 10 a.m. at the PAC.

We invite and encourage candidates from each group (level of play) to seek a position on the board and continue the positive work which has been a part of this club from its inception. We welcome a diversity of ideas and encourage equitable treatment for all members. With the explosive growth which has occurred over the past years, we hope a many of you will step forward and volunteer to serve on our B.O.D. Interested members, please submit a short bio about yourself and indicate why you want to become a TPPCI board member. This information will be shared with other club members via email and the bulletin board so that they can be “acquainted” with you prior to the vote on March 13.

Please email your responses to no later than February 11, 2024.
