CALL TO ORDER : President Lorenzen called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the last regular meeting of the

Board on Nov 12, 2024 were presented. Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.

Facilities : still looking for Fence toppers

Training and Development : None

Communications : None

Events: Bash for 2025 is 3/7, for 2026 3/

Membership : 758 members so far.

Scheduling : Partner Social starting on 1/10.

Open court reservation restriction set as “must leave 6 courts open”

Schedule on a 2 week horizon, on Sunday schedule for the next week becomes available.

To move people in and out quicker, if you win 2 you must sit out.

Propane Tanks

Looking to acquire an additional propane tank. Some are available from members.

Marsha will talk to Patty Yost about us putting in our own cage so we don’t supply all

other pavilion functions.
