BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
November 11th, 2025 Wellness Center
CALL TO ORDER : President Dibert called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm
PROOF OF NOTICE: Agenda was sent via Den email. Also posted on the website.
PROOF OF NOTICE ESTABLISHED PROOF OF QUORUM: Directors Present: Dibert, Mahoney,, Beaudoin, Taylor, Asbel Also Present: 7 other members
PROOF OF QUORUM ESTABLISHED APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Board on May 6th, 2025 were presented. Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.
MOTION CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT SECRETARY’S REPORT: Three Thank-you notes were received. One from “A New Generation”, another from the Timber Pines Medical Lending Program, and one from Crescent Community Clinic.
TREASURER'S REPORT: $4000 paid to charities year-to-date Motion to Approve Treasurer's Report presented by John
MOTION CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS CONSENT STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Administration: The “Den” cost is $3350 per year, 2 year contract. Presented to the Board for approval.

Facilities : 3 sun shades for west side of shelters were received and will be installed shortly.
Ask Timber Pines about installing cages for propane tanks
Look into purchasing AED style cabinets to hold First Aid supplies.
Training and Development : None
Communications : None
Membership : Membership drive continues. 200 members to date.
Sign-up at the Lodge to continue until Dec 15th if traffic warrants.
Events: Ticket sales for NYE party go on sale 11/18 at the Pavilion from 9-11 $1000 per calendar year to be allocated as “give-aways” at Club events.
All money from tournament 50/50 raffles to be given back to raffle ticket purchasers. 2 winners for each day of the tournament.
Turkey Trot tournament needs B level players.
Currently 1 Men’s, 1 Women’s and 2 Mixed Couple Teams.
Scheduling : None
UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Board approved $400 for door prizes for Nov tournament.
NEW BUSINESS: Board decided to wait until after March tournament to determine how much is available to donate to charities
NEXT MEETING: Dec 9th at 1:00 pm at the Wellness Center.
