BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER: President Dibert called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the last regular meeting of the Board on May 6th, 2025 were presented. Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.

SECRETARY’S REPORT: None
TREASURER'S REPORT: $9000 CD matured and we reinvested $5K in 21 month CD. Remainder of funds put into a checking account to pay for current month contributions. Motion to Approve Treasurer's Report presented by John

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Administration: Nothing
Facilities: Request was made for 3 new sunshades for the west side of the shelters.
Cost is $500. Approved 6-0.
Mike Rocheleau purchased 100 balls at $0.79 each. We have put them at the courts and are asking members for their evaluation.
Training and Development: The training schedule for the winter season is set. There are 7 different sessions for various skill levels. They will be phased in starting in Nov as trainers become available. Friday Fix will list them for the time being.
Communications: None
Membership: Membership drive starts Nov 1st. Applications will be accepted at the Lodge for 6 Mondays starting 11/3. Gineen Pachner will coordinate volunteers.
Events: Help needed for Turkey Trot tournament on 11/21-22
Expected cost for BASH to be submitted to determine availability of money for prizes.
Diane to submit a budget to buy gifts for future events.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS: None
NEW BUSINESS: What to do about no-shows for cookouts? Maybe take away sign-up privileges for the next one(s).
Reach out to members to let them know how to get pictures to TPPCI website. Give Bruce Eisenhard a thumb drive or transfer from phone Let members know that if someone wants to set up an event (1 time or scheduled) to reach out to the board.
