CALL TO ORDER: President Lorenzen called the meeting to order at 10:00 am

Also Present: 80+ other members

NOMINATING COMMITTEE: All candidates approved
APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the last annual meeting of the Board on March 28, 2024 were presented. Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Administration: Numerous volunteers were acknowledged and recognized for their service to the club.
Facilities: None
Training and Development: None
Communications: None
Events: Tom reported on the number of teams for the March tournament, specifically pointing out the increase in “C” player involvement
Membership: 1051 members, 18 non-TPPCl members

NEW BUSINESS:
Suggestion made to put applications in the drawer in the Media Center which is used by all clubs. Will be addressed at next meeting
Suggestion made to install web cams so members who are not in town can watch the play. Will be addressed at the next meeting.
NEXT MEETING: April 8th at 1:00 pm at the Wellness Center.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion to adjourn at 10:25 am duly made and seconded. The board met in a closed meeting of directors to decide on the area of responsibility for2025.
