BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
February 11th, 2026 Wellness Center
CALL TO ORDER: President Dibert called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm

Also Present: 17 other members

APPROVAL OF PREVIOUS MINUTES: Minutes of the Annual Meeting presented.
Motion to approve minutes made and duly seconded.

SECRETARY’S REPORT:
TREASURER'S REPORT: Current financials presented to board before meeting.

STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS:
Administration: None
Facilities: We currently have 4 boxes of balls in inventory. Looking to purchase 2 more to get us through the summer.
Need new grates for the grill, purchase was okayed by the Treasurer.
Need to create instructions for using the grill and attach it to the tray for people to use.
Training and Development:
● Trainers have been contacted about next season and feedback was positive.
● Marsha Lorenzen may conduct summer beginner training classes.
Communications:
Membership: Membership as of 3/1 was 950
Events:
● Bash was a success, some minor issues to be resolved for next year
● Employee lunch on May 12th
● Need guest chef for May 9th cookout
Scheduling:
● Discussion on what schedule to use next season will begin in the Fall
● Summer schedule coming out, no club events. Will be effective through 7/31. If we have cookouts over the summer Ken / John need notice to create the sign-up sheets.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS:
● The Charity committee presented a list of 8 charities to each receive $500.
Approved by 7-0 vote. Money to be disbursed in October with the exception of the Sheriff’s Shop for Kids Walk, which will be disbursed shortly.
● May 12th Board Meeting has been cancelled due to lack of pressing issues.
● September 16th meeting moved to September 23rd.
● A proposal was made to evaluate using a rating system for club members. The issue will be researched over the summer and a presentation made at the Sept. board meeting.
NEXT MEETING: September 23rd in the Wellness Center.
