PICKLEBALL MACHINE CLASS
Ball machine training will be offered during the summer season of May thru October on a request basis. Training date and time will be arranged between our volunteer trainer (Bill Lightfoot ) and the requester. Contact Bill to arrange a day and time to schedule a training session.
Scheduled ball machine training will return beginning in November 2025.
SOCIAL EVENTS
WEDNESDAY ABCD
The Round Robin version is on hiatus until October.
Table Top ABCD is every Wed at 5pm.
Players put their paddles on the table under A,B,C, or D. If you start in B and you win, you then put your paddle in A. If you lose, you put your paddle in C. This gives everyone a chance to play with different levels. There will be 6 courts for this event, so there should not be a long wait time between games. Volunteers will be there to facilitate this even
HOUSEKEEPING
SAVE YOUR BALLS!!
Got your attention? You pay for them. To keep the pickleballs in tip top shape it is helpful, when at the end of your session you place them in the holders attached to the fence near the doors. Simply look around the courts and the trays and put any stray ball away for the next players. The holders were designed and built by players a few years ago to help protect our pickleballs from the heat of the summer sun. Have fun, play a lot and remember to put the balls away.
NEW NPU GUIDELINES
Looking ahead at next week's sign-ups, the Level B group continues to be at full capacity and the other two levels are typically not. It is suggested that unused courts from Level A & C should be shared with the Level B folks. Also, we suggest that Level B folks on the waitlist should show up since there are likely to be open courts.
The Scheduling Committee will look at this and may reallocate the courts going forward.
