CALL FOR SPECIAL OLYMPICS
It’s that time of the year. The TP Pickleball will begin training the Hernando County Special Olympians in the sweet sport of … PICKLEBALL!
Practice will begin on August 26th and end on November 11th. Last year we had over 40 members, and would like to increase that number this year.
Practices run every Tuesday from 545 - 730 pm.
We need players of ALL levels. We need help running drills, helping the athletes from station to station, even just picking up balls.
It is truly one of the more rewarding volunteer activities I’ve ever been involved in.
If you are interested, please let me know @ Kevin Mahoney. If you were helping out last year and can’t make it this year please let me know so I can take you off the email list.
If you have any questions as to what’s involved, please contact Adele at a2ref@q.com
Thanks for your time.

The Round Robin version is on hiatus until October.
Table Top ABCD is every Wed at 5pm.
Players put their paddles on the table under A,B,C, or D. If you start in B and you win, you then put your paddle in A. If you lose, you put your paddle in C. This gives everyone a chance to play with different levels. There will be 6 courts for this event, so there should not be a long wait time between games. Volunteers will be there to facilitate this even
